How engagements work
Every engagement starts with a pilot on one team's real work. Here is what it includes, who takes part, how cost works and what comes after.
Start with a pilot
A pilot is a first engagement with one team, on the work it already does. It starts small on purpose and grows from there. On your side, that's the team and the person who owns its work. On ours, the Constraint team works with you directly.
The pilot runs under a short evaluation agreement.
The first two weeks
Engagements vary by scope. In a typical first two weeks, we:
- connect your team's ticketing service, so the work stays on the tickets your team already uses;
- take in your docs and set up your AI department, with the roles and skills your team will use;
- set up your team's environment;
- train the team hands-on, and leave it resources to work from.
The aim is for your team to feel the speed-up in its own work.
An hour with us every week
We offer each team an hour-long meeting with us every week, during the pilot and on an ongoing basis after it.
How cost works
We align on what you want first, then price it. The first work isn't the final scope, and some teams bring us in and out as their needs change, so the price follows the work. We work it out with you on a short call.
When the pilot ends
We review the pilot together and work out the best path with you. If you continue, ongoing work runs under a services agreement, and more teams can join. If it isn't the right fit, you can stop there.
Start with one team. Grow from there.
Book a short call and tell us about your team and the first work you'd hand over.
